The Pure was developed from the beris Prime for approval purposes. All the advantages of the super-soft Prime can be found in the Pure, just without the fixed bit guards. The beris PRIME is already setting new standards in communication between horse and rider. The anatomically correctly shaped and extremely soft mouthpiece distributes pressure evenly on the tongue and the bars. The shape and weight of the side sections ensure a very calm, neutral position in the mouth. This feature makes the bit ideal for young horses that are still somewhat inexperienced.

The three-ring bit combines an effective lateral restraint, leverage and lifting action in one. The degree of influence is selected by the different buckling options of the reins. When buckled into the lower ring, the receiving rein exerts the effect of a short lever on the bit. The three-ring bit is often used to test the horse's reaction to leverage.
