Snaffle Bit, Thin Konnex, R7,5cm, Soft

A combination of the effect of a tongue bar and the positive qualities of a butterfly bit. The profile of the beris KONNEX bar is slimmer, it positions itself very comfortably in the horses mouth, offers more space and the arch of the beris KONNEX bar is significantly wider. Suitable for horses with limited space in the mouth, e.g. in thoroughbred or sporty ponies. At only 15 mm thick, the thin Konnex bar is just right for pony lips as is the likewise proportionally slimmed down port.
The Konnex thin bar is also recommended as a dressage bit for horses and ponies who cannot take a thicker bit in a double bridle with a bridoon.

The loose ring means greater mobility of the bit in the mouth. The water snaffle is therefore a bit for horses that prefer a more "mobile" bit in the mouth. The ring runs very evenly in the copper bushes and considerably increases the service life of the bit thanks to its improved durability.
