A flat fee per order, deducted once from your refund.
Condition of Returned Items
Please note that we can only accept items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Further details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
30 Day Return Period
From the date of delivery. We have voluntarily extended it from 14 days so you can try everything on at home.
Free Return Label
You get a prepaid label in the portal and by e-mail.
How our return portal works
1. Find your order
No need to log in! Enter your e-mail address and the order number from your confirmation e-mail.
2. Pick what goes back
Select the items and tell us why you want to return them.
3. Confirm and get your label
Check your choices and confirm. Your return label is ready to download straight away, and we also send it by e-mail.
4. Pack and send
Pack your items securely, attach the label and drop the parcel off. Ask for a receipt with a tracking number.
Important tips for your return
Always ask for a shipping receipt with a tracking number when sending your parcel. Keep this receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Returns are usually processed within 1–2 weeks after arriving at our warehouse. Once your return has been completed, you will receive a separate confirmation email.
We do not accept liability for returns sent at your own expense.
